By placing an order on Nexkart, you acknowledge and consent to:

  • Your personal data being shared with CJ Dropshipping (China) solely for order fulfillment purposes.
  • Cross-border transfer of your personal data from India to China as required to complete your order.
  • CJ Dropshipping and their logistics partners (e.g., China Post, YunExpress, 4PX, or similar carriers) accessing your shipping details to deliver your package.

As products are sourced from China, please note:

  • Estimated delivery to India is typically 7–20 business days, depending on the product and shipping method selected.
  • Orders may be subject to Indian customs duties, import taxes, or GST as applicable under Indian law. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched from the warehouse.
